Teammates were very knowledgable and helpful but you need to be careful of the CEO and COO of stride. They are like wolves appearing to be sheeps

Dislikes

There is definitely problem with the management. The company has almost 15 people but still the CXOs are very poor at making decisions and because of them the whole team suffers which leads to the blame game and in the end someone has to pay except the the CXOs obviously.

Work Details

Although it’s a startup but they don’t have the neither the environment nor the flexibility of a startup. They want everyone to come before 10am no matter if the person stays till 12 midnight. In simple words they don’t respect your time and effort
