I would not recommend working for this company. The culture is toxic, with favoritism and bias prevalent throughout the organization. HR is ineffective and unresponsive to employee concerns and with no opportunities for growth or advancement. There is no job security whatsoever, with arbitrary terminations and layoffs. The company prioritizes profits over people, making it a stressful and unpredictable work environment. Furthermore, the company engages in unethical practices, compromising values and morals for the sake of success. This has led to a severe lack of trust among employees, who feel exploited and undervalued. Policies are outdated and inflexible, stifling creativity and innovation.
