Working with top senior management group

Staff is too much political specially second line of top management like product head, they are of course key persons but they take advantage of closeness of top management. I think top management should think about this.. And give importance to all functions equally.

Enjoyed the stint being part of growing organisation with excellent team working selflessly. Culture is as it should be in onwer driven organisation. Company policy are very simple and compliant which is basic across industry. Overall good product and market credibility which gives you immense space to use your creativity to augment the business.

This is the worst kind of company there exists in the market. They come to hire MBA graduates, and never give them joining. The HR manager is severely worthless and has no idea of communication and basic common sense. The director doesn't even know there are graduates hired and is the worst kind of manager/leader/person you can encounter in a professional field, who will never contact you, never reply to your emails, or even bother to text back in LinkedIn.
