Good Work environment and culture. On the job training will be given to new Joiners. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

I like the staff of the company, they are friendly and helpful. But just few of them... most of them are arrogant and proud of their work.

Dislikes

There is no growth in the company for an individual. No increments given, no incentives, the work pressure is high. The reward of the work done by you is given to someone else.

my work is quite challenging as I have to conduct lot of research before the content moves forward to the head of the department. I always make it important to come up with something new every-time, i submit my content.
