1.Role and Responsibilities not provided as per As per Designation. PM work like a Engg or supervisor. 2.Company started 6 to 7 months before on ground mount solar project . 3.For Fooding 250rs per day which given by compny after one or two week. 4. Salary credited on 10 to 12 of every month

1.For site visit not any vehicle provided Project manager going to site by Bike or Auto bus or pedestal 2.Accounts section deducted money like 50rs 100 rs just like that which is right as per Online Payment. 3.No any vehicle provide at some site Engg going to site 3 to 4 km paidal. 4. Accomodation not given properly people are stay like labour type.
