I have been with stockaxis for a year now, and it's been a really enjoyable journey. When I interviewed, the management was referring that 70-80% of the employees are more than 5 years old. Now I am realizing the same. Most importantly, my incentives are getting released on time which I have not experienced in my previous organisation. I was working with one of their close competitors. The best part is, that we have a monthly incentive structure and it gets released along with the monthly salary. Management has never rejected my leave or other requests. In fact, they are still allowing their employees to work from home for 3 alternate days. They truly believe in work-life balance which was not there in my previous organisation....Read More

Dislikes

I am staying in Virar and had to travel so far. But that is fine, as I have to travel only for 3 days a week. Since the company is good and my earnings are good, I am happy.
