In my twenty six years of teaching, this college happens to be the best in terms of my overall experience and growth. The Management is employee and student friendly. They deal everything with empathy and make the employee feel at home. The Leadership is the best here.

Dislikes

The only problem I had was the distance from my home. Travelling so far became a challenge for me and my health

Working at St Mary's College Yousufguda has been a pleasure and honestly. The environment is lovely and the leaders are empathetic.They make teaching and learning experience for the students an amazing experience. Faculty are provided opportunity to grow

There is a lot of toxins city due to some Leaders who encourage gossip mongering.

The college was open virtually as we could adopt to the latest technology. We could get an over-all support when we conducted a National Webinar virtually. There is an opportunity for every individual's career growth, we practice leadership at all levels, there is an appraisal given to us every year, we get to learn new things as teaching is not a one way process.

Equal pay for equal work isn't seen, gossips and defaming people.

the work is quiet hectic sometimes but we do learn & teach the students its quiet challenging for us to grab their attention by making our class innovative & interesting, its not just teaching or learning but lot of skill development courses are conducted

Working atmosphere is good. Management is very co - operative. When it comes to giving opportunities no compromises are done. The principal of the school is very understanding. Co ordinators are good but then can turn bad at any moment.

Work life is good. I am involved in many activities over here including the academic part. Potentials are realised and responsibilities are given accordingly. I personally believe that I am utilizing all my potentials to the fullest.

All the teachers have a job security and in a few years, you'll become permanent. All the colleagues are very kind and helpful and fortunately there isn't environment of politics here. There are plenty of holidays during winter season. If you want, you can live in the residence of the school too, free of cost.

Dislikes

The only thing you'll miss staying here is financial growth as there is no/rare/less increment in salary.
