devotional approach by starting the day with prayer
staffs are given equal opportunity to share their knowledge, every day in a prayer
prompt deposition of monthly salary
food facilities (free boarding and food)
Dislikes
this would look displeasing to use a single spoon to dip for sambhar, chatney, dosa..the same way limited staffs are appointed to handle too many classes ...
24 hrs a week/20 hours a week/too many theory classes
no research
no contact with any other organization
no link with other organizations/industries/institutions in Tanzania
hostel room facilities are displeasing
no individual room for staffs including in hostel..no privacy..no attached bathroom in hostel
staffs are not honoured
hard workers are disrespected...Read More
