Teammates were good and supportive.

Dislikes

There was no career growth and no promotion scope. The work pressure is so high that I could hardly had break for 5 mins in whole day along with lunch. Team leader do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. Also, Team leader used to take all the credit of my workand i do receive appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals....Read More

My work was to attend a call and ask client what issue is coming in software and then i had to solve those issues regarding attendance, leave approvals etc.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
