It’s completely work from home and very flexible to the employees. Management of the STG is super cool. They are always there to help you.

Dislikes

There is nothing to say, i dislike about STG, only i could say that opportunities to go abroad and personal growth is limited.

Work Details

Day to day routine is common like others. Nothing major points to highlight. But good thing its completely work from home.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
