I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Stfc is such a wonderful place for working. Every one will have an equal opportunity to grow themselves. I have worked with shriram for 6 years. Along with knowledge stfc is supported to improve our financial conditions though giving such good salary. Thank u shriram.

Issue is on Logout timings and working holidays are very less by company side.
