Work life balance, supportive and friendly team mates

Dislikes

Internal team politics, no diwali bonus, they give only cards for appreciation, bad appraisals, no onside opportunities, no annual function/gatherings, last saturday of the month is working

Work Details

I work as Jr QA Engineer. Good company to start with but work becomes monotonous at times

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
