Everything is good. If you work with honesty then your job is secured. And company policy is also good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary on time.

Dislikes

Everything is ok. but so much transfer due to project availablity.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
