Likes

The pay/compensation is more than other companies in the same sector. Also, working at such a desserted locstion, one can really save a lot !! The small organization structure enables to be in touch with most of the senior managers for any sort of discussion. Employees are friendly.

Dislikes

The Manager being inclined towards a specific individual and doing favoritism.

Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Worked as an Engineer in Electro-refining initially, then was area In-charge for recovery of precious metals like; Selenium, Tellurium.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Employee Benefits

Self defense workshop. Company support at the time of financial crisis is awesome.
