Good Environment,there is a lot to learn,The relation between all the staff member is great.

Dislikes

There is no future for career growth, Do not increase salary. Not appreciating good work.

Work Details

I had all activities related Taxation Direct and Indirect handled solely.I.e TDS,Excise,Vat,Gst,Advance Tax,Self Assessment Tax, PT, working and challan payment.I had done day to day accounting up to finalisation for Tax audit vat audit purpose.Export doc

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
