I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Their is no job security and not following SOP as per NABH guidline, Patient care is compromised at every step. Management is very pathetic they give value only buttering people and they are completely non qualified. If someone want to do good then they buttering people will pulling your leg. This feedback is only for Gandhidham Unit not for others.
