Likes

It was overall a very interesting and learning experience working there. But they do not considered there employees efforts they judge every individual by revenue generated by them. They simply ignore the efforts.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

They want their employees to be present at their seats at sharp 9 am but while leaving they want extra working time without any benefits.

Job security - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Hectic

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
