I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The atmosphere here is excellent. Lot of opportunities are provided for the development of the teachers and assistance is also given. Pay hikes are often. Company policies directly benefit the teachers. The Management, Principal and all the colleagues I am working with go one step ahead to make sure that the working environment remains pleasant and the teachers do get their share of good times.
