The HR department's attitude has been consistently rude and unhelpful. Their lack of understanding towards our problems makes it difficult for teachers to seek assistance and resolution to various issues.Communication gap between staff and administration, particularly the Principal. Lack of coordination with the Head of Department (HOD). Excessive after-hours expectations for teachers. Delay in returning original documents retained during hiring.
