He then goes to management and tells them that the junior is not doing the job properly and should be fired. They give more pressure, seniors will never help you. They give fake feedback to management also make rejected your assistance and management is know all the thing but they didn't take any action to that senior. For tranning you will come Saturday also and very strict time rule. Give you fake promises for salary increment but at time they refused from own word when you will come for join they demand to submit your all 10, 12 and DMC for 2.5 year. I joined Step2gen as a fresher right after college and completed a 6 month training program. It really helped me improve my technical skills, gain confidence and learn about the latest software trends. The seniors are ready to help. If you are just starting out ant want to grow in would surely recommend.

They will hold your original documents for 2 and a half year and the salary is very poor. They won't provide any kind of salary slip to the employee and the work life balance is very poor. I would never recommend any fresher or experienced person to join this organization. The timing is also very bad, for trainees they also tell youto work on Saturday and the timings are also according to your performance.
