The organization except 1 or 2 leaders lack maturity. The company immediately needs to focus on Work Culture and Environment. Because of the current culture, good people are leaving and it will hurt the company in long terms. Hope this feedback is taken in high spirits.

The hiring process is really slow that it could last for a month and even there will be a time that talent acquisition team will not even revert to your mails or call you to update about the further process. If the team is really busy then let the other person handle it, really disappointed with the hiring process.
