Worst company policy and the management is immature of some 30s plus aged young entrepreneurs who are fooling the Arabic government and opening illegal medical Visa centres. Staff safety, medical benefits, working culture is pathetic.pathetically

Dislikes

Management, policies and fake promises. In human treatment of employees and false commitments to employees. Liars and unprofessional company.

Being a Centre Manager we never got rights and authority for decision making and action implementation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
