Only people with reference can stay here , employees don't get empowerment confirmation even after 2 years of work. Reference employees sleep and get healthy increment. Harrasment is very common specially the COO of the company hire the female candidates on looks attire and appearance. He wants to flirt and do time pass with them. Specially make them sit in his cabin without any reason for time pass. Even after harrasment case happened he is still been supported....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
