HR Nimi Jayadharan she works for the company her designation should be CR Company Resources she will never answer your calls will never help you if there is any issue in the company. She is good in playing mind games than solving employee problems. MD Ashutosh Pandit only listens to these master brains Nimi and Meera Dhanuka.If you put the resignation then Nimi will stop answering your calls and messages she will ask the MD to hold your salary and will not release your salary for several months imagine you will not be payed your 2 months salary for 5 months.
