This company give experience of a hell.

I will say I have never worked with such toxic company ever. Joining this company was my worst decison. There is no growth and constant micromanagement. There is lack of motivation and the management is not good.

Payment is on 10th however the payments are good Transport allowances are given Leadership role is diverse and filled with opportunites.

Higher management is worst - Autocratic, Great amount of misbehaviour Payment is late every month No leaves are entertained , No sales process useless documentation to keep employees engaged Very toxic and abusive management

I was previously selected in STEM Learning 1 month ago. After getting the news I was very happy. So before joining i asking for my DETAILED OFFER LETTER from the HR dept. I sent all the documents to HR but I did not receive any response, neither by EMAIL & nor by PHONE. My FLIGHT TICKET had already been confirmed, and due to this delay, I LOST MY MONEY. Then one day HR call me. In response, i stated that I would not be joining due to the POOR COMMUNICATION. from the company side.
