I am Thankful to my Organisation, Because I have learnt a lot of thing's.Good work environment and Culture. Teammates are supported and to the management is transparent.Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and Bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is a decent but career growth is slow. Salary is very low and work hard.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Increment is not provided until you put resignation, forget increment even there is delay in receiving salary. After one left the company, full and final settlement payment has not been initiated yet it has been about 3 months from date of resignation.
