Please. read it completely if you want to know completely about company The company is all about doing "JI HUJURI", if u butter your senior u can reach heights, no use for the good potential workers because they are working hard and smart for the company but no-one is taking care of them, in-spite of it there are people who just taking credits for others work, here even drinks and small non veg parties to zonal heads/ Sr managers can also get you good incentives and position. But if u finish your work in-time efficiently without any mistake but not supporting your seniors in there unnecessary parties you are of no-use. There are inefficient zonal heads who just don't want to work they just give there work to juniors and stay happy by surfing internet and spending there day out nice and easy and for doing it they get heavily paid. These heads are not required only because every location has its own manager who can handle there workprocess efficiently but no CEO wants these uneducated unconventional fools to handle there operations thats the reason stellar is facing loss. inspite of it if the location Manager's (warehouse/ hubs) directly report to a committee directly under the CEO it would be great and company can make good revenue, but no company will not follow, they will inforce these unconventional Zonal heads to lead and finally end the company. Over it the crimes of these heads dont end here they just in-force there cruel decision over a employee without even discussing with the person, these heads are just hypocrites, the employee who is working efficiently has to again accept all these decisions because he is bind to certain personal responsibilities and not in the position of talking back. On that if anyone tries to talk back these hypocrites will target them like anything, until and unless they quit. Work Details

Having good qualification in the same domain they will make you work like DEO. All the works will be inforced on you easily. And working hours will be 12-13 hours without any incentives.
