This felt like a scam from the get go because no one will pay a BCOM fresher 5-6 LPA. They contacted me through two different names ie Stellar Organisation and Excelsior Organisation. Both have the same address and same Job Description. When I asked about this they said that they are sister companies and take interview in the same building. Work culture is good, only if the trainer who is training you is good. Talking about Work-life balance and Job security worst as it is fully performance based job. So you will only get paid for the sales you will make. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
