The company doesn't have any defined process, in the name of Agile everything is messed up. No future outlook. Horrible product planning and marketing teams. Even after having an iconic brand like Jeep they don't even know how to position themselves in the market. Top management keeps bashing employees without any rhyme or reasons. No value for the work done.

Initially it was a great company to work in but after the management change things went down, the only good thing given by them was flexibility to work, but that has been taken away in recent changes of policy... No pay rise according to market standard ... Promotion without pay rise ... Working extra hours without pay.

There is no process, you will be keep on doing the work under big pressure and culture is somewhat bad. People around you is talented but due to process and poor management there will be a lot of micromanagement
