1. Work life balance is tossed here. 2. No proper planning and execution in several departments across SWX . Especially IVDO 3. IVDO test team in INDIA driven by a tamilian is horrible place to be in. 4. There is a negative environment and lot of favourism towards chennai bound team members. 5. No output from test team, you ask for report they tell you stories and explain their own process. 6. Forced to work on weekends and people working on weekeds are being projected. 7. Wrong culture grown and appreciated. 8. Nothing is good. Better to be in tier 1 company. Lot to learn and grow. 9. Reorg is best thing to do evey 6 7 months and say we just started , we are baby 10. If you're not able to survive in the market as a company, and you're products like Jeep and Citroen are not working well in markets like India, it's totally a companies fault. You can not ask 200 people to join from various companies and then take them out in a blink. That we'll not do the manufacturing in India we'll do in Malaysia. Worst company to work. Doesn't give a damn about the employee.

Approx 90% of the employees working for Stellantis are not direct Stellantis employees, Stellantis outsource the employees from different Vendors like Alten, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra. Employee's feeling towards the loyalty will not be that good as they always plan to switch to different organization because of no promotions.
