Laala kind of company and working environment is average. Just learn n run away as soon as possible within a year. Not necessary that increment will be done each n every year. They use employees weakness perfectly. Owners responsibility towards employee is very poor regarding salary, perks, incentives. You have to fight for increments for each n every year.
