The company readily accepts new technology and innovations if presented properly and in a convincing way. There is only one group of 5 members comprising of myself, the General manager, the operations manager, the works manager and two mechanical engineers who plan and take up new projects. All the innovations that happened in the company where planned and executed by us. My role was the planning and execution of electrical works but since i belong to the team, i am skilled in mechanical works also.
