1. No Job Security. 2. Under Appreciation. 3. Favoritism. You have to be a Boot licker. 4. Overworked. You have to be present on Sunday & national holiday also. 5. No Opportunity for Advancement. You can't do anything by yourself. 6. You will get lots of responsibilities but no rights. 7. No Medical benifit. 8. Salary gets deducted if they don't touched the targets. 9. Poor Work-Life Balance. 10. Poor Work Environment. No safety precautions. 11. Prime focus is on Production/Dispatch. No one care about quality. 12. Once you give resign, they will try to make your life hell....Read More
