The CMD has now aged and no longer has control over the organisation.. And one senior person is engaging in unethical practices.. This situation appears to be beyond the control of even the CMD HR head is solely focused on pleasing the operation director, neglecting their core responsibilities. They are hiring loaders to load the material properly onto trailer in Project Manger role. There is no future in their Project Management Department..
