Gives ample scope to explore opportunities. Gives exposure to Cross functional experience. SAIL is a Behemoth, there's a lot of inertia towards accepting newer HR practices, leaving the new recruits (the millenials) distraught. Drops maketh an ocean but the contribution is seldom noticed, same in SAIL. SAIL is yet to leverage the power of IT in business. Training is another which needs to be shored up. The concept of Performance Related Pay is very vague or virtually absent. The company is not attracting best talents from the academia....Read More
