I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

SIFL is very good and efficient company.i had done apprenticeship over there and i knew what are all the process ongoing there. The staffs, workers all are so good at work and consistent. Producing good quality products and their engineering techniques are absolutely outstanding.

For me as a fresher, Btech graduate trainee, they pay me a negotiable stipend. Working time may vary according, which most make me upset.
