I have been working at Steadfast for 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The work culture here is incredibly supportive and encourages personal growth. The Director - Mr Aman Puri is approachable and values employees feedback which createsan environment where everyone is heard. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and develop your skills. Additionally, the work life balance is commendable. Flexible working hours and remote work options allow me to manage my personal and professional commitments effectively. As per the other reviews, yes there are strict protocols to follow, but if we take it in a positive way it is in the interest of each employee to avoid politics and conflicts.
