I have been working at Steadfast for 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The work culture here is incredibly supportive and encourages personal growth. The Director - Mr Aman Puri is approachable and values employees feedback which creates an environment where everyone is heard. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and develop your skills. Additionally, the work life balance is commendable. Flexible working hours and remote work options allow me to manage my personal and professional commitments effectively. As per the other reviews, yes there are strict protocols to follow, but if we take it in a positive way it is in the interest of each employee to avoid politics and conflicts. If you are joining the company let me tell you that the company offers the most secure and warmest place to work. There is no office politics as everything is transparent and we are able the approach the heads of the company without any hesitation. Everything for us has been taken care by them even the smallest things like having meals at time to dropping you home safely during late night hours. Aman sir is the boss you will always look for. He is the most helping and understanding person and treats us like his own family. No matter what the issue is and what the problems you are facing he is always there to help you without any superiority complex . Being the youngest in the management staff he always tries to guide and protects us from the things which may goes against us in future . I have never sensed any issues from his part nor any ego issues. Small things makes big impacts and Aman sir taking care of their employees each and every things, tells a lot about him. The company excessively invest on their employees with all Apple products and even if our device faces the smallest of the issue they are being replaced by new and update version👀Though this is the wish for every employee working in corporate.
