I have been working at Steadfast for 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The work culture here is incredibly supportive and encourages personal growth. The Director - Mr Aman Puri is approachable and values employees feedback which creates an environment where everyone is heard. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and develop your skills. Additionally, the work life balance is commendable. In Steadfast I have been working here for the last 7 years and this journey has so incredible so many ups and downs. I have changed a lot and learned a lot with our director. he understands the feelings to each employee working here if you are working passionately he knows you are doing your 100% and if you are only doing time passes and wasting company time he knows. company is very strict about its goals and plans. if you can run fast you have to run fast with company.
