It so a good learning place about community living. You can develop ur skills in different departments.

Dislikes

Some of the higher authorities are biased. Will be not able to get personnel time. Work load sometimes is very much & tiring. You have to work on ur weekoff also.

I was working as a community manager. As per job duties our main responsibility to handle particular property, community handling, sales as well as to look after operational issue handling.
