There are many negative things to describe. Starting from the security desk to your work desk all are messed up. I have worked with Investment Banking for more than 6 years but throughout my journey I have never experienced such a worst management. If you notice my journey here, it just 5 months including my notice period. If you are beginner then think twice before join this organization. Not recommended at all from any point of view. Most people come here to upgrade their position and then they switch to another company. But even if you achive any position here, not sure how much experience you will gain. Internal management is also not good. People are just doing their job irrespective of correct co-ordination and right approach. Many times they are not aware what they have done<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. In regards to the salary, enjoy till the time your account getting credited on every month</mark>. But if some of the reason your salary gets on hold then it will be too much hectic job to get it paid. It will take months on month to get it back. I have heard in pendamic period, some employees are not being paid due to some pending approvals and those people are still waiting for it. If you have courage to join such kind of organisation, then all the very best for your future. Because the experience what I gained; will not be the same for each individual. But what I learnt from my life is, if you are spending 9-10 hrs in any organisation so that place at least be good. I don't want any new joiner nourish with bad sacrament. So think twice. Many times we just choose the place where we get hired with the good pay and position but we might not see the work culture. So hope this description will help you to choose this organization or not.
