I disliked basically behaviour done with newjoinees from management side that even a newly joined person irrespective of efforts one is putting to settle in process and in team, instead of showing that cooperation and understanding ,one is charged and pointed for petty things which ultimately land employee to get involve in HR issue and unncessarily extension of probation period barely within 1 and a half month joining .This I am stating because nobody should go through such type of scenario which I had gone through .Literally urge to management to please display some cooperative and understanding attitude specially to such employees whom they are seeing doing their best to settle down and expressed their desire as well in front of management to pursue their career in banking sector because of their previous banking experiance but instead of support, management literally concentrate how to penalise the employee for small things for instance just 3-4 miuntes late in attending some meeting, Although informed manager that due to technical issues not able to attend compliance training but still charged for thatetc.Please if people in management can have some empathy towards that person who is new to environmet and geting well versed with everything . I am not at all putting in a complaining manner but please if something can be done to stop this .Shattering somebodys dream to pursue career in banking sector by giving such type of inhuman treatment will literaly nt help mangement people as well. Even they can also be treated by their superiors the way they are treating their reportees .Proper feedbcaks can be given to even to managers realted to people management as well of how to treat their employees especially new joinees .Every time Reportee is not wrng,even maangers can also be wrong in judging and accesing their reportes.Atleast not to create such type of environment for an employee that force one to leave the organsation and wow not to join company again....Read More

In chennai reconciliation there is a person called A.R (name not disclosed he is AVP ), he makes everyone to wear formals, tease woman , makes centralised decisions from pin to elephant 4. Terrible culture and bias all over , you need to know the local language to survive in the firm . Even in zoom calls they speak on local languages.No growth and opportunities even if you are doing best job
