MD - Very rude, arrogant, ill literate, no knowledge about compliances, most imperfect person; COO - He wants only breakfast at 9.45 am. He is never punctual; he also has no knowledge about compliances, he is also arrogant and rude; CFO - She knows only to cheat others including employees, she has not deposited Statutory dues with the Government for at least 10 years; Also, the Statutory Auditors have resigned stating that the Company has not paid their dues and it has suffered heavy losses this financial year....Read More
