Management and rules which only fr company benefit E.g . If quality rejected any material then all others manager with plant head will pass that material without quality approval and if it's get rejected on customer end then all out mistake on quality afterwards rejecting same material before....so there nothing will get to study or experience waste of Time....

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
