If they terminate people in 3 months only not approving their probation period than their is nothing to like in this company. Disgusting and very bad experience.

Dislikes

Very very disgusting company as they only take their relatives which are care taker of buffaloes and cows and milk sellers are working here. Work balance life is very terrible as plant managers are sleeping at home when their is breakdown and arguing with their juniors. No proper sitting place for employees and not a single table toeat our food. Very very bad experience here as they are keeping illiterate people in officers post and terminating educated people's from organisation. No job security all their people don't work they are all chugli Khor people. Very bad company. If any body got appointment in starcrete LLP please do necessary enquiry and than only accept the job offer. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
