The company is open to freshers, and readly adapts latest technolgy.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a national client base.and my collegues are come from various cultural back grounds, and we work happily in collabration.

Compensation is decent,but growth is low.managers do not value an individual strength, and some times ihave to take late hour shift which is very tiring

Generally speakiing ,my work is slightly challenging asi have to look after the entire plant , and ihave to look at entire product quality.But i stay on my toes by doing studies on my own and with my collegues
