No salary appraisal on time.... Get 10%hike in 2.5 to 3 years. HR is totally duffer, recruits youngsters by making them fool. GM HR has no powers to take decisions. Worst policies. Every body in star make it their own pockets. Even Company CFO has no sense to run finance deptt. Every body enjoying their position in STAR by getting bribe directly indirectly.
