Corporate office should look at its Zonal offices too.

Dislikes

Local management is very poor. The things are not carried out as expected by corporate office, nor the things happening here are in knowledge of the corporate office.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
