I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Normal work environment and culture. Our MD full Supportive for work and others. Company policies are good, appraisal are not so good and they give normal salary hike and bonus every year.
