Role vision - HR recruit but don't give clarity mostly about the role, as usual, HR's being HR. (Try to dig deep about the role when you are interviewing, ask questions). Mostly monotonous in tech, huge dependencies on Excel and Excel. (Working fine till now but in age of Analytics, SaaS, and AI you'll not get trained well in tech,less switching out opportunity until you learn new things) . Leeway for Designers though, but in terms of learning their are hardly and module based learning. 2nd Saturday working, and if you work some more hours there is no compensation.
